sun 11/08

brkfst: two cups oatmeal
lunch: tuna fish sandwich, bananna, flat pretzals
dinner: two fillets of walleye, baked potato, green beens
dessert: bannana, peanut butter, nuttela
ran 2 miles in my new running shoes, much better on joints !

  1. Great dinner!! Is your oatmeal made with water or milk? Milk might give it some staying power. It has protien, and the nutrients in grains and milk combine to make a complete protien.
