11/14 ok, i messed up and am going to skip last weekend. the only thing is I did a 3 mile run saturday.
11/15 sunday, day off of running.
11/16 house special for breakfast and lunch. peanut butter and honey. pretzels. 5 nutter butters.
dinner: 6" chicken sub, last of the pretzels.
2 mile run
11/17 brkfst: cereal, english muffin,coffee, yogurt
lunch: 6" turkey and ham, 1/2 bag of chips, diet coke
dinner: 6" turkey and ham, 1/2 bag chips, water.
ran 2 miles
