11/29/09 OK now i am getting how chad can blow off weeks at a time on his blog, I think my last input was the 19th. All right this is the week gone by, lots of work before the turkey day break. My turkey trot time 35:18 clock time for the 5K. greg was 30:?? , ash 45:??.. Ok we have agreed to a 5K in may in East Lansing. And i have put my money on the line for turkey trot 2010, if Ash can beat my clock time I am trading the truck in for a newer one. Anthony is in for the next turkey trot !!! sounds like I have plenty of motivation to keep running for at least a year and look foward to the company. OK now for the future, after the food coma is gone ( thanks for the quote sarah) I am back to the intake and work out scheme. See Ya

dinner: one slice pizza, half can soup
2.5 mile run.

nov 19th brk cereal, english muffin, yorgurt
lunch: 6 " sub, water
Dinner: chicken, slaw, potato wedge
2 mile run

nov. 18th cereal, english muffin, bananna
burrito, beans, rice, ice tea
philly sub sandwich, two pints octoberfest :)

11/14 ok, i messed up and am going to skip last weekend. the only thing is I did a 3 mile run saturday.
11/15 sunday, day off of running.
11/16 house special for breakfast and lunch. peanut butter and honey. pretzels. 5 nutter butters.
dinner: 6" chicken sub, last of the pretzels.
2 mile run
11/17 brkfst: cereal, english muffin,coffee, yogurt
lunch: 6" turkey and ham, 1/2 bag of chips, diet coke
dinner: 6" turkey and ham, 1/2 bag chips, water.
ran 2 miles

dinner: egg,green pepper,sausage,water

lunch: 6" turkey sub, ice tea, sun chips
dinner: 1/3 lb angus burger, fries, diet coke
ran 2 1/4 miles because of guilt

nov 12: brkfst: cereal, nanna, english muffin, coffee
lunch: 6" sub, 1/2 bag chips, ice tea
dinner: same as above, the other half of the sub with water
going to run two miles when tread mill opens, thursday night rush
